The Pass it On Corporation
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
To provide a meeting hall for the use of
recovering alcoholics and those persons who have, been affected by
alcoholic addiction in the Carteret County area and those visiting from
other areas. The Board of Directors may authorize other use which will
not conflict with the above.
This Corporation declares itself to be a nonprofit organization and that, to that end, any monies or funds received by The Corporation in any form whatsoever shall be used for the benefit of The Corporation and its purposes.
The annual meeting, after the initial electoral meeting, the annual meeting of the member’s shall be held on the third Sunday, in the month of January in each year, at the hour of 4:00 pm, or at such other time on such other day within such month as shall be fixed by the Board of Directors for the purpose of electing director and officers and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. If the day fixed for the annual meeting shall be a legal holiday in the state of North Carolina, such meetings shall be held on the next succeeding Sunday.
